The main reason for a completely failed upload is the source excel file is open on your computer. You can either save and close your file, or you can drag the file from it's location and drop it into the relevant box. The drag and drop function is not sensitive to the file being open.
Uploads will not be fully processed if cells within the excel sheet do not contain data where data is required. These are identified on the Contracts sheet by the use of a red *.
A white * is used to identify data which it is preferable to include as sorting and grouping information relies on them, but they will not cause an upload fail.
