The system works on uploading excel sheets. You can store these on your computer to use as templates. The files on the platform will occasionally be updated with new items and activities.
There are several locations within the platform to download the file, specific to your type of claims. In order for the sheets to function normally, you will need to enable macros. Instructions on that are in the PDF article below.
Macros are contained within the speadsheets As a default, Windows prevents macros from running, and so they need to be unblocked the steps to achieve this are also included in the below guide
